Through verification, qualifications, experience and accountable service records, workers and businesses earn reputations that travel with them — across employers, insurers, fleets and customers.
We launched in commercial transport in Uganda because the trust challenges are urgent and the channels are already in people's pockets. The same platform extends to plumbers, caregivers, tradespeople and small businesses.

The trust model
These steps apply to any service provider on CVT. Commercial transport in Kampala is where they run end-to-end today — from registry to Trust Profile.

Verify
Approved staff register people and assets, verify documents, and maintain an auditable registry. Today this covers boda riders, taxis and special hire in Kampala; the same process extends to other service categories.

Lookup
Anyone can check verification status through channels people already use. The pilot runs on WhatsApp plate lookup — unknown vehicles are captured and added to the network over time.

Build trust
Trust grows through verified history, training, insurance, and positive conduct. Complaints only affect standing after moderation and review — not from raw accusations.

Share with consent
Workers can share their Trust Profile with employers, fleets, insurers or partners. Individuals remain in control of what is disclosed and to whom.
