Implementation roadmap

Building trust infrastructure

Transport is the first pilot — starting with vehicle verification in Kampala and growing into portable trust profiles that reward good behaviour and unlock opportunity.

First pilot: commercial transport

What's live today

CVT is operational in Uganda — starting with commercial transport. These capabilities are real, not roadmap promises. They prove the model before it extends to plumbers, caregivers and other service providers.

WhatsApp verification (transport)

Send a number plate to WhatsApp. Receive verification status, vehicle details, and trust indicators. This is the public face of the first pilot.

Multi-category transport registry

Staff-operated verification for boda riders, taxis and special hire — with public verification IDs such as CVT-RDR-2026-000042.

Trust Passport & partner search

Public trust passports, consent-gated partner APIs (Soft, Enhanced, Hard Search), and a partner portal on cvt.jasilab.net.

Automatic coverage expansion

Unknown plates are recorded. Repeated lookups and reports help grow the registry organically.

Complaint capture & moderation

Reports against vehicles are captured and investigated through two-stage moderation workflows before trust is affected.

Registry & trust infrastructure

Database, lookup, and trust compute systems are operational on cvt.jasilab.net.
